My view—Mi punto de vista

a.  This view attempts to reconcile the supposed long geological ages with the Scripture.  It envisions a first creation, which was left unfinished and was subjected to a cataclysmic ruin involving the fall of Satan.  A second creation was made in six days later on.

a.  Este punto de vista intenta reconciliar las supuestas épocas geológicas con las Escrituras.  Se imagina una primera creación la cual quedaba incompleta y fue sujeta a la ruina de un cataclismo que tenía que ver con la caída de Satanás.  Una segunda creación fue hecha en seis días más tarde.


b.  This view has many problems:
b.  Este punto de vista tiene muchos problemas:
 

1.  It has no chronology to support two creation accounts.  The so-called first creation has no beginning, no end, and no duration to tie in with the supposed second creation. Therefore, it is a myth.

1.  No tiene ninguna cronología para respaldar las dos creaciones.   La primera creación (llamada así) no tiene comienzo ni fin de tiempo para conectarse con la supuestamente llamada segunda creación.  Por eso, es mito.


2.  It seems to be a place to accommodate fossils and dinosaurs, but dinosaurs already fit nicely on the 5th and 6th days of creation (day 5 for sea dinosaurs and day 6 for land dinosaurs).  Most of the fossils fit nicely into the Flood account of Genesis 6-9.

2.  Parece ser un lugar para acomodar los fósiles y los dinosauros, pero los dinosaurios ya caben bien en los días 5 y 6 de la creación (día 5 para los dinosauros del mar, y día 6 para los dinosauros de la tierra).  También, la mayoría de los fósiles ya caben bien en la historia del diluvio en Génesis 6-9.


3.  There is the problem of death and suffering before the Fall of man in Genesis 3.  The Bible indicates that death and suffering came about as a result of man’s sin.  Therefore death and suffering were not present before Adam was created.

3.  Hay el problema de la muerte y el sufrimiento antes de la Caída del hombre en Génesis 3.  La Biblia indica que la muerte y el sufrimiento fueron el resultado del pecado del hombre.  Por eso, la muerte y el sufrimiento no estaban presentes antes de la creación de Adán.


4.  It is a way to say that God used evolution to bring about the existing universe.  Atheists laugh at those Christians who believe this, because the atheists know what Genesis is saying even though they do not believe it.  Those Christians who believe in long ages also have to believe that the Bible can mean anything anyone wants it to mean.  Therefore, how does anyone really know what the crucifixion and resurrection really mean?

4.  Es una vía para decir que Dios utilizó la evolución para levantar el universo existente.  Los ateos se burlan de los cristianos que creen en esto puesto que los ateos saben bien lo que dice Génesis aunque no lo creen personalmente.  Aquellos cristianos que creen en largas épocas tienen que creer también que La Biblia puede ser interpretada de cualquier modo.  Por eso, ¿cómo puede saber alguien qué significan realmente la crucifixión y la resurrección?
